Through the provision of Project Development Assistance (PDA), the HOOP project has supported 8 lighthouse cities and regions in developing large-scale urban circular bioeconomy initiatives, focusing on making bio-based products from urban biowaste and wastewater.
After almost four years of intense work, the PDA is bearing fruit, with significant investments induced in our lighthouse cities and regions.
