RISCARTI, the festival of creative recycling, sustainable art and culture, will take place from 6 to 16 April 2023 in the exhibition center ‘La Vaccheria’ in Rome, Italy. The goal of this event is to raise awareness on waste as a creative resource through the arts. HOOP lighthouse city Albano Laziale and HOOP partner Science for Change will be participating in this year’s edition.
