The CircularPSP EU-funded project is hosting an open working group on 21 September 2023 to lay out a White Paper on how eight leading CE-cities and region can launch a competitive tender for technical solutions aiming to overcome organisational, informational and operational barriers for cities to transition towards the circular economy, and cooperatively set out to initial classifications in which contributions are required.
